Human-centric, first and last
Every venture is judged by whether it serves the person at the end of it. Technology is a means; the human outcome is the measure.
Principles & Governance
Ventures change. Markets change. These do not. They are the constitution the group governs itself by.
01
Every venture is judged by whether it serves the person at the end of it. Technology is a means; the human outcome is the measure.
02
The group is candid about what it is and reticent about what it is still deciding. It would rather say less and be exact than say more and be approximate.
03
Nothing essential is allowed to depend on a single point that cannot be replaced. What can be substituted, can be trusted.
04
The group does not define itself against anyone. It competes by building well, not by diminishing others, and it leaves room for those it disagrees with to be partly right.
05
The group's convictions are held to be compatible with the best of what is known. Where evidence and belief appear to conflict, the conflict is taken seriously rather than waved away.
06
The group plants for harvests it may not gather, and accepts that the most important results are often the slowest to arrive.
